  I placed my order and then proceeded to the ladies room to wash my hands and so forth. The ladies room was in such a horrible condition. Both stalls were unusable. So, I spoke with the manager Eric and explained how I would like to use the restroom before I ate my meal and could he get someone to clean the restroom now. He stated they didn't have a maintenance person on staff today. So I asked him you're telling me because you don't have a maintenance person and that is the reason the restroom is in such a deplorable state. His reply was, "yes". I asked for a refund and left. If McDonald's management doesn't care enough about their patrons to make things right or at least consider this an urgent matter. I can take my dollars elsewhere.
